Overview

Cop from the Past is a Ukrainian crime comedy directed by Oleg Borschevsky. Its central premise combines police investigations with the complications of an unexpected return to ordinary life. Oleg's experience comes from an earlier era, when the fight against crime relied on different habits and instincts. The present demands flexibility, technological confidence and emotional restraint, especially as he reconnects with his family and former colleagues. The series balances police action with domestic uncertainty, creating a setting where professional duty and personal history constantly overlap.
