How to link a device to SWEET.TV?
SWEET.TV works on most popular devices — smartphones, tablets, Smart TVs, computers, and the SWEET.TV Android Box.
ℹ️ You can connect up to 5 devices to a single account, regardless of your plan. To connect a device, simply sign in to your account or add the device using a code.
Method 1 — QR Code:
- Scan the QR code with your smartphone’s camera.
- Enter the linking code that appears on the screen.
Method 2 — Linking code:
- Open the SWEET.TV app on your smartphone or go to https://sweet.tv/ua-en.
- Go to “Account” → “My devices”.
- Enter the linking code displayed on your TV screen.
- Your TV will automatically connect to your account.
How to add or remove a device?
You can manage your linked devices via the website or the mobile app.
Via the website:
- Open the SWEET.TV website in your browser and sign in to your account.
- Click “Account” in the top-right corner.
- Go to the “My devices” section.
- Select the device you want and click “Sign out”.
Via the mobile app:
- Open the SWEET.TV app.
- Tap “More” at the bottom of the screen.
- Go to the “My devices” section.
- To remove a device, tap the delete icon next to it.
Changes take effect immediately.
You’ve reached the 5-device limit
Go to the “My devices” section and remove any devices you no longer use.
⚠️ If you connect more than 5 devices, the extra ones will be automatically removed from your account.
