Story
The hunt for the Tjuvholmen killer is nearing its end as Alfhildr and Lars Haaland press on with their investigation. As the case approaches its conclusion, Alfhildr must face a hard truth. Set against the wider mystery of the beforeigners, the episode keeps the tension high as the search draws toward its close.
Overview
This sixth episode of the first season of Beforeigners runs about 47 minutes. It combines science fiction, drama, and fantasy within a crime investigation shaped by an extraordinary global phenomenon. Powerful flashes of light in the ocean have brought people from the Stone Age, the Viking era, and the late nineteenth century into the present, creating a divided society where radically different histories exist side by side. Against this setting, the search for a murderer gains urgency as the case nears its end. The atmosphere remains tense and investigative, with a strong emotional undercurrent for the central character.
Cast and Characters
Krista Kosonen leads the episode as Alfhildr, a woman from the Viking Age working within the modern police force. Nicolai Cleve Broch plays Lars Haaland, her experienced but burned-out partner in the investigation. Their contrasting backgrounds shape the series' central partnership as they pursue the Tjuvholmen killer. The cast also includes Stig R. Amdam, Ragnhild Gudbrandsen, and Ylva Bjørkaas Thedin.
