Charity Vote How to cancel subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you need to turn off auto-renewal in your account on the website or delete your payment information.
- Open https://sweet.tv/ua-en in your browser (not in the app).
- In the top-right corner, click “Sign in” and enter your sign-in details.
⚠️ Important: Sign in using the same method you used to register. SWEET.TV supports four sign-in methods: phone number, Google, Apple ID, and Facebook. Each method creates a separate account. If you choose a different sign-in method, a different account will open, and your subscription may not be associated with it.
- After signing in, tap “Account” in the top-right corner.
- Go to the “Manage account” section.
- Tap “Disable auto-renewal”.
Done. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will not automatically renew.
No subscription in your account
If you don’t see an active subscription after signing in, it may have been purchased through Google Play or the App Store. In that case, you’ll need to cancel it directly through those services.
