How to use SWEET.TV without auto-renewal?

If you want to manage your payments yourself and don’t want funds to be charged automatically, you need to turn off automatic payment.

If you subscribed using a card

  1. Sign in to your account at https://sweet.tv/ua-en.
  2. Go to “Account” → “Personal data” → “Manage account” → “Manage payment methods”.
  3. In the list of cards, find the one you want to remove.
  4. Tap the trash can icon next to the card.
  5. Tap “Delete”.

If your subscription was set up via Google Pay or Apple Pay

You’ll need to cancel your subscription directly in the app store:

  1. Google Pay → Play Market → “Subscriptions” section
  2. Apple Pay → App Store → “Subscriptions” section

How to pay for a subscription without automatic billing

After deleting a card or canceling a subscription, you can manually add funds to your balance using a convenient method:

  1. Open the bank’s app.
  2. Select the SWEET.TV service.
  3. Enter your account ID.
  4. Add funds to your balance.

Your subscription will be activated automatically after payment. If not, activate it manually.
