The grace period is a delay in payment after your subscription expires.
After your plan expires, you can continue to access the service for up to 30 days without being immediately disconnected.
⚠️ This is not a free or bonus period. Payment for this time will still be charged during the next subscription renewal.
How it works
For example:
- Your subscription expired on May 1;
- You used the service during the grace period until May 10;
- You paid for your subscription on May 10.
In this case, the next charge will occur not on June 10, but according to the original subscription renewal date.
This is because the grace period is a deferral of payment, not a new free month.
Why is the next payment due earlier than you expect?
It’s simple: the subscription period is calculated from the end date of the previous subscription, not from the payment date.
This means that if you pay later, you don’t lose anything — the date of the next charge remains the same as always.
