Error during subscription payment

I can’t pay for my subscription — what should I do?

If your payment isn’t going through, follow the steps below one by one.

Step 1 — Check your card

Make sure that:

  • your card hasn’t expired;
  • there’s no limit on online payments (check your bank’s app);
  • you have enough funds in your account.

💡 If you’re paying via Google Pay or Apple Pay, check whether payments with double currency conversion are allowed (you can confirm this with your bank).

Step 2 — Try paying directly with your card

  • Open https://sweet.tv/ua-en in your browser and sign in.
  • Go to “Account” → “Subscription plans”.
  • Select a plan and click “Select”.
  • Select the subscription term.
  • Enter your card information and confirm the payment.

Step 3 — Try an alternative method (add funds to your balance)

If the direct card payment doesn’t go through, add funds to your account balance, and then activate the subscription.

  • Open https://sweet.tv/ua-en in your browser and sign in.
  • Go to the “Account” section.
  • Click “Add funds”.
  • Enter the amount and click “Add funds” again.
  • Enter your card details and click “Pay”.
  • After adding funds, go to the “Subscription plans” section and click “Select”.

Step 4 — Try a different payment method

If your card doesn’t work at all, use these alternative methods to add funds to your balance:

If none of these methods work, contact SWEET.TV support and provide your user ID and the payment method you used during your attempt.
