Subscription wasn’t activated after payment — what to do?
If your subscription has been paid for but isn’t active (or works on one device but not on another), the cause is most often one of the following:
- You’re signed into different accounts on different devices.
- You have added funds to your SWEET.TV account, but the plan hasn’t been activated — in this case, the funds remain in your account, and you’ll need to activate the subscription manually.
Step 1 — Check the ID on all devices
Open SWEET.TV on each device and check the user ID in your account settings (in the “Account” section on the website or in the app) — it should be the same everywhere.
💡 The ID is located in the “Account” section — in the top-right corner on the website or in the app.
If the ID is the same on all devices, proceed to Step 2.
If the IDs differ, this means that different accounts have been created. Sign out of your current account and sign in using the same method you used to activate your subscription.
Why the ID might be different
Each sign-in method creates a separate account:
Step 2 — Check your subscription details
If the ID is the same but the subscription still isn’t showing up:
- Open https://sweet.tv/ua-en in your browser and sign in.
- Go to “Account” → “Subscription plans”.
- Check to see if your active subscription and its expiration date are displayed.
Step 3 — Activate the plan manually
If payment was made via Privat24, Monobank, or a terminal, the subscription may not activate automatically:
- Sign in to your account at https://sweet.tv/ua-en.
- Go to “Account” → “Subscription plans”.
- Select the desired plan and click “Select”.
Step 4 — Restart the app
After activating your subscription:
- Close the SWEET.TV app completely.
- Open it again and check your access.
For TVs: unplug the device for 1–2 minutes, then plug it back in.
If the problem persists, contact SWEET.TV support and provide your user ID and payment method.
