Series Furia 2 season

Story

Ellen finds herself caught inside a carefully constructed web of deception when the investigation she is pursuing turns against her. Branded as the very enemy she set out to expose, she must fight to restore her name while uncovering the forces behind a deadly plot.

With the relentless Asgeir at her side, Ellen enters a race across stark Arctic landscapes and the restless streets of Budapest and Warsaw. Every lead brings fresh uncertainty, and every alliance carries a price as the pair follow a trail that reaches far beyond a single crime.

Overview

The season combines detective mystery and crime drama in a tense international pursuit. Its story moves from the icy Arctic to two major Central European cities, contrasting isolated landscapes with crowded urban settings as the investigation gathers momentum. Suspicion remains close to the protagonists, creating a mood of pressure, secrecy, and constant movement.

As part of Furia, the season continues the series' focus on dangerous political forces and personal risk. The series is a Norwegian production directed by Magnus Martens, shaped by layered deception, high-stakes investigation, and the difficult task of proving the truth when the evidence appears to point the other way.

Ine Marie Wilmann and Pål Sverre Valheim Hagen head the cast of the series, joined by Borys Szyc and Hallvard Holmen. The season follows Ellen, who must clear her tarnished name, and the unyielding Asgeir, who stands beside her in the search for the truth.
