Series Gilmore Girls — 2 season, 16 episode

Story

Lorelai and Emily Gilmore set aside their usual differences for a weekend at a spa, hoping to spend some uninterrupted time together. The getaway does not go as planned, and the close quarters put the mother-daughter relationship to the test. Back in Stars Hollow, Rory's night alone turns difficult when Paris, Jess, and Dean all arrive, turning a quiet evening into a crowded and awkward one.

The episode pairs quick-witted comedy with the more delicate drama of the Gilmore family. While Lorelai and Emily try to get through their time together, Rory has to manage the unexpected company and the tangled friendships and romantic connections that come with it.
