Series Gilmore Girls — 2 season, 5 episode

Story

Life in Stars Hollow takes a domestic turn when Lorelai becomes concerned about Luke's plans for a relative who may come to live with him. She tries to convince Luke to reconsider, bringing their familiar friendship into a fresh disagreement. Meanwhile, Rory's attention shifts toward another boy, opening the door to new feelings and the uncertainty that comes with them.

The episode balances two personal situations: Lorelai's concern about a decision that affects someone close to her, and Rory's growing curiosity about a possible romance. Small-town relationships, quick exchanges, and the closeness of the Gilmore family shape its warm comedy-drama atmosphere.
