Story
In the wake of a near-death scare, Lucas begins to doubt the choice he made between Brooke and Peyton. His attempt to set things right leads him into secrecy, and that is hard to sustain in a town as small as Tree Hill. When another health scare sends him back to the hospital, long-guarded feelings are bound to come to the surface.
Elsewhere, Keith feels the financial strain of covering Lucas's medical bill. The pressure of mounting payments forces him into a difficult decision about his garage. Personal loyalties, unresolved feelings and money worries leave several residents of Tree Hill under strain.
