Story
Four strangers gather at the funeral of a woman they once dated, a soldier who died on the front line. Her invitation brings them together under difficult circumstances and leaves each guest wondering why she wanted them there. The unanswered question follows them to her favorite bar, where memories of the deceased gradually open into personal stories, old connections, and private reflections.
As the evening unfolds, the conversation shifts from the woman they once knew to the guests themselves. Each of them remembers her differently, and those memories begin to reveal as much about the living as about the one who is gone. The drama comes from the awkward closeness of strangers who are suddenly sharing a loss.
