Story
The wife and nine-year-old blind daughter of a Navy captain are abducted, leaving the officer trapped in his own office and under the kidnapper's control. Forced to communicate while every movement is monitored through a computer camera, he faces a cruel test of obedience as the NCIS team works to understand the abduction and locate the missing family members. The case brings together a personal crisis, a tightly controlled hostage situation, and the pressure of a race against time.
Investigators must examine the captain's professional connections and the methods used to keep him under surveillance. With the kidnapper anticipating each step, the agents are pushed to separate genuine clues from deliberate manipulation. The episode builds suspense through the contrast between the captain's isolation and the team's methodical search for a way inside the scheme.
