Story

Harris, a CIA interrogator working at a covert Agency black site, becomes the target of a rendition operation after an interrogation ends in a disastrous outcome. Blamed for what happened, he is forced to confront a system that appears determined to use him as a convenient scapegoat.

The team assigned to bring Harris in soon begins to question the orders guiding the mission, as well as the motives of the people issuing them. Senior intelligence officer Olsen and his subordinate, Visser, push the operation into more dangerous territory while Harris searches for a way to expose the truth. With unexpected allies at his side, he must turn the pursuit back on those who arranged it.
