Adding funds to the balance via Monobank

You can add funds to your SWEET.TV balance through the utility payments section in the Monobank app.

💡 You’ll need your SWEET.TV user ID to make a payment.

How to add SWEET.TV to your list of services (first time)

On the home screen, tap “Other payments”.
Go to the “Utility payments” section.
Select your address from the list. If your address isn’t there, add it.
Tap “Add service”.
In the search bar, enter “sweet tv”.
Select “SWEET.TV (Ukraine)” from the list of results.
In the next window, enter your user ID (contract number).
Tap “Done” — the service has been added.

ℹ️ Once added, SWEET.TV will always appear in your list of utility services — no need to search for it again.

How to add funds to your SWEET.TV balance

Open the “Utility payments” section and select SWEET.TV.
Enter the top-up amount and click “Continue”.
Select a payment card and click “Pay”.

Congratulations! 🎉 The funds will be credited to your SWEET.TV account within 1 minute.

⚠️ Important: This is a balance top-up, not a payment for a subscription or a movie. To use the funds, activate a subscription or purchase a movie in your SWEET.TV account.
