Adding funds to the balance via Privat24

You can add funds to your SWEET.TV balance directly through the Privat24 app.

💡 You’ll need your SWEET.TV user ID to make the payment.

Instructions

Open the Privat24 app.
On the home screen, tap “Payments”.
In the search bar, enter “sweet tv”.
Select “SWEET.TV (OTT Ukraine)” from the list of results.
In the next window, enter your user ID.
Verify the account information displayed on the screen.
Enter the top-up amount, select a payment card, and tap “Continue”.

Congratulations! 🎉 The funds will be credited to your SWEET.TV account balance within 1 minute.

⚠️ Important: This is a balance top-up, not a payment for a subscription or a movie. To use the funds, activate a subscription or purchase a movie in your SWEET.TV account.
