⚠️ Before deleting your account, make sure that:
- you’ve canceled any active subscriptions — to avoid further charges
- you’ve removed any linked bank cards
Via the website
- Open SWEET.TV in your browser and sign in.
- In the top-right corner, tap “Account”.
- Tap the circle with your initials to the left of your name.
- A confirmation window will appear — wait 5 seconds until the “Yes” button becomes active.
- Click “Yes” to confirm the deletion.
Via the mobile app
- Open the SWEET.TV app.
- In the bottom-right corner, tap “More” (the icon with three dots).
- Go to the “Account” section.
- Open the “Help” tab.
- Tap “Delete account”.
Via Android TV
- Open the SWEET.TV app on Android TV.
- Go to the “Account” section.
- Select “Settings”.
- Go to “Manage account”.
- Tap “Delete account”.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I restore a deleted account?
Yes, you can restore your account yourself within 30 days of deletion. Simply sign in to the app or website using the same method you used to register.
After 30 days, it’s impossible to restore your account — all data will be permanently deleted.
What happens to my subscription after deletion?
Be sure to cancel your subscription before deleting your account — otherwise, charges may continue.
Will I get a refund for an unused subscription?
Contact support before deleting your account.
