Description
The doctors meet a young woman named Olena who has had multiple breast surgeries. Unfortunately, these resulted in serious complications when her stitches opened up and she was left with a large hole under her breast. She comes to Terry and Paul for help but when considering another breast implant for her, they are concerned for her health. An operation could result in a collapsed lung, so there is much to consider before she goes ahead with yet another procedure. The famed plastic surgeons also meet Alicia, who wants them to turn her into a "bimbo doll". After getting schooled on bimbofication, they then meet a twin who wants to undergo nose surgery to look more like his brother again. Thanks to a deviated septum, his previously straight nose has become crooked. The doctors do what they can both to correct the problems he has been experiencing with his nose, and to connect him with his twin brother again.
