Gennady Frolov

Honored Artist of the RSFSR (01.01.1980). People's Artist of the Russian Federation (06/10/1992). After graduating from the Moscow Art Theater School in 1959 (course B. Ya. Stanitsyna), he worked at the Moscow Art Academic Theater. Since 1961 - in the troupe of the Moscow theater "Contemporary". One of the leading artists of the theater. He taught at the Moscow Art Theater School-Studio (1959-1960), at VGIK (1995-1998). Since his student years he has been married to the actress of the same theater, Elena Millioti. Their daughter Daria Frolova is also an actress of Sovremennik.
