Alexander Porokhovshchikov

Honored Artist of the RSFSR (02.20.1987). People's Artist of the Russian Federation (12/29/1994). From the age of 3 he was raised by his stepfather, M.N. Dudin, whom he considers his father. The real father left when the trouble began because of the repressed grandfather, Alexander Alexandrovich Porokhovshchikov, the inventor of the world's first tank, the designer of the aircraft, one of the first Gatchina airplanes. In 1954, the family moved to Magnitogorsk, where their stepfather, a military architect, was transferred. In 1957-1960 he studied at the Chelyabinsk Medical Institute. He continued to practice boxing, organized a jazz band. Out of the third course. In the years 1960-1966 - the furniture maker-requisitor of the theater named after Evgeny Vakhtangov, combining work and study at the school. He graduated from the acting department at the All-Russian Theatrical Society (1961), Theater School named after B.V. Shchukin (workshop M. Ter-Zakharova, 1966).
