Boris Stepancev

Boris Pavlovich Stepanzev (December 7, 1929, Moscow - May 21, 1983, ibid.) - Soviet animator, artist, illustrator of books and filmstrips. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1972). Artistic director of the Multtelefilm studio of the Ekran creative association (1980-1983). Vice-president of ASIFA (1972–1982). Member of the jury of the Cannes Film Festival in the "Artistic Animation" section.
