Evgeny Evstigneev

Evgeny Evstigneev (born October 9, 1926) is a Russian actor. The actor was born in Nizhny Novgorod, USSR (Russia). In 1956 he graduated from the V.I. Nemirovich-Danchenko School-Studio at the Moscow Art Theater and became an actor of this theater. In 1957-1970 he was an artist of the Sovremennik Theater. In 1968 he became an Honored Artist of the RSFSR. In 1974 he became People's Artist of the RSFSR. February 23, 1983 received the title of People's Artist of the USSR.
