Alexander Pavlovsky

Director, actor, screenwriter. Honored Artist of Ukraine (1994). In 1965 he graduated from the Odessa Special Music School. Stolyarsky's piano class, and in 1971 the directing department of VGIK (workshop of Mikhail Romm). From 1972 until the beginning of the 90s he was a full-time film director at the Odessa Film Studio. In recent years, he lived and worked in Moscow.
