Overview
Aussie Gold Hunters is an Australian documentary series centred on three determined prospecting crews pursuing a major discovery in the remote west of the country. Their work unfolds under severe heat, punishing conditions and the constant threat of mechanical breakdowns, while each day brings financial pressure and difficult choices.
This episode keeps its focus on the crews' day-to-day challenges: protecting a camp, setting out on a fresh expedition and deciding how to respond when a promising operation demands a change of plan. The rugged landscape and unpredictable work give the story a grounded, high-stakes atmosphere.
