Description:
This is the story of the life-and-struggle of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, the entrepreneur who built Ukraine’s largest agribusiness holding, NIBULON. When the Yanukovych clan later tried to seize the company, Vadaturskyy chose to resist. In retaliation he faced raids by the Security Service of Ukraine, relentless tax inspections and even arson attacks on his offices. Yet he fought strictly within the rule of law—through the courts and with the backing of international pressure—and he prevailed. For the first time in Ukraine’s history, business defeated a corrupt government, setting an example for an entire generation of entrepreneurs.
