Life isn't easy for the patients in this episode of the medical show but it is hoped that solutions can be found to their particular set of problems. Their saviours come in the form of doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, who continue their journey around the United States to help people whose bodies have been botched not by the scalpel, but by nature. The pair travel to Iowa to see a young father whose infected chest implant is threatening his life. For this man, intervention is critical and the two medics have to consider the best course of action to aid him before it is too late. As they continue their travels, Terry and Paul meet a set of twins. They have matching cleft deformities and want to look more identical, so they call on the services of the two doctors for double the help with their facial deformities. Once again, the doctors must use their expertise to change the lives of the people they meet for the better.
