Famed plastic surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif meet George, a man who developed a third eyebrow after a motorcycle accident left a scar on his head that divided one eyebrow into two. Not wanting his daughter to see the embarrassment that he has been experiencing as a consequence, he turns to the doctors for help with his unusual problem. Stephanie also comes to them for help after her botched implant procedure leaves her with saggy breasts. Elizabeth has problems with her breasts too. After going to another doctor for a breast enlargement, she was left with one boob that stood where it was supposed to and another that hung too low. Not only did this affect her appearance but it affected her career too, as she needed perfect breasts for casting within the adult entertainment industry. Unfortunately for her, another operation could prove problematic so she needs to decide whether surgery is worth the risk.
