Rhonda, a former Dolly Parton impersonator, asks doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif for help years after her disastrous operations. Having blown up to more than 300lbs and then losing that weight quickly with a gastric bypass, she found herself with lots of excess skin. To remove it, she was recommended a surgeon, but he turned out to be young, inexperienced and trained in another area of surgery altogether. He messed up the procedure, and Rhonda has been living with the results for years. Now, she is focused on the goal of being able to pose again as Dolly Parton, in a signature high-cut denim shirt. Daniella, meanwhile, is gender fluid, which poses a problem when it comes to breast surgery. Sometimes Daniella wants to look like a woman with obvious breasts, and at other times like a man with a flat chest. Consequently, there has been one boob job and one subsequent boob job removal. Daniella therefore asks for the seemingly impossible: reversible breast implants.
