Lauren Powers is a bodybuilder who has been successful in that field, but at what she feels was the cost of her femininity. She has had multiple surgeries and taken growth hormones to help progress her career, but the goals of bodybuilding are often at odds with what most consider womanly looks. Now that her competitive career is winding down, Lauren goes to doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif for help as she attempts to "soften" her appearance. Katella, meanwhile, wants to look like an altogether different type of woman. Specifically, she wants to resemble a blow-up doll. No, not the human equivalent; she literally wants to look as fake and plastic as possible. But she's already put herself in danger with the procedures she's had so far, including "double bubble" breast implants and a nose job that's threatening to burst through the skin, so Terry and Paul are reluctant to do any more work on her.
