The doctors meet Dana, a woman whose boob job has gone badly wrong. Embarrassed by her "collapsed craters", she wants to get her sexy back and calls on the services of Terry and Paul to remedy her botched procedure. She isn't the only one having problems with her breasts, as Melissa also needs the help of the famed plastic surgeons. She has one breast that is raised up and another that is hanging low, the consequence of a botched breast augmentation. Her original doctor dismissed her problem and didn't accept any blame for what had happened, which is something that won't be unfamiliar to fans of the show. As expected, Terry and Paul do what they can to help, using their special set of skills to return Melissa's life and breasts to normal. They also meet Shauna, a transgender model who has experienced problems after getting silicone injected into her cheeks. To help her, they suggest a non-surgical solution.
