Vladimir Gribkov

Vladimir Vasilyevich Gribkov (1902-1960) - Soviet theater and film actor. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1948). Winner of the Stalin Prize of the first degree (1952). V.V. Gribkov was born on May 2 (15), 1902. In 1924-1938 and in 1944-1960 - actor of the Moscow Art Theater. In the 1950s, he sounded cartoons at the Soyuzmultfilm studio, the most famous role being Ole Lukoye in the Snow Queen. He performed on the stage as a reader. He died on October 22, 1960. He was buried in Moscow at Vvedensky cemetery.
