Alexander Rapoport

He graduated from the Perm Medical Institute with a degree in medicine, after which he specialized and worked as a psychiatrist and, later, a psychotherapist. Upon graduation, he was distributed to the city of Berezniki, Perm Region, by a neuropathologist. Then he worked as a psychiatrist on duty in Moscow. In the 80s he was arrested and sentenced to 4 years, due to a conflict with the authorities related to his professional activities. In 1990 he emigrated to the USA, worked as a psychotherapist. Created on the Russian-language TV channel program "Mirror", dedicated to the psychological problems of people. He received an acting education in "Lee Strasberg School" (New York).
