Vladimir Samsonov

Vladimir Anatolyevich Samsonov (born August 11, 1936) is a Soviet and Russian animated film director. The author of the Good Night screensaver, Babies !, used in 1986-1994. He graduated from VGIK (workshop I. P. Ivanov-Vano) in 1968. In 1971, at the studio "Soyuzmultfilm" shot the first cartoon as a director. From 1975 to 1995 he worked in the “Multtelefilm” of the Creative Association “Ekran”. He worked in the technique of hand-drawn and pictorial animation. Member of ASIFA.
