Mikhail Botov

Mikhail Alekseevich Botov (October 20, 1910 - February 20, 1975) - Soviet animator, art director and animator-director. He studied at the art studio. From 1937 - employee of the film studio "Soyuzmultfilm". He participated in the Great Patriotic War. In the years 1953-1955 - art director. In 1956-1959 - co-director in the group I. P. Ivanov-Vano. Since 1960 - director, the first work done together with G. M. Kozlov.
