Alexander Trusov

Alexander Efimovich Trusov (September 25, 1912 - March 5, 1988) - Soviet Russian production designer and director of animated films. In 1928 he graduated from the Baku Art College. Pupil of the art studio of F. I. Rerberg. In the early 1930s. Worked as an artist in the animation workshop at Mosfilm. Since 1936 - at the Soyuzmultfilm studio. Member of the Great Patriotic War. When creating cartoons, he closely cooperated with I. P. Ivanov-Vano, L. A. Amalrik, V. I. Polkovnikov, A. G. Snezhko-Blotskaya, R. V. Davydov, etc. A member of the studio's artistic council, a member of the organization of the first Soyuzmultfilm festivals in the USSR regions.
