Boris Ivanov

Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1969). People's Artist of the RSFSR (07/17/1981). Boris showed his love for the theater as early as 13 years old. A neighbor of the house where the Ivanovs lived, gave the guys counter-marks to the Odessa Opera House. Boris was very musical since childhood, and with pleasure after the performances he was whistling his favorite arias. This helped him get a statist in the opera house. So from the age of 14 he already worked in the theater. Therefore, after school I decided to enter the drama school at the acting department. Boris Vladimirovich studied at the school from 1937 to 1941. He graduated from the Odessa Theater School (1941). His first teacher was Michael Ememeevich Tilker.
