Alexey Devotchenko - Russian actor of the theater and cinema, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (renounced the title in 2011). Alexey Devotchenko was born in Leningrad, in 1972-1982 he studied at school № 179 Kalininsky district. At school he began to play at the Theater of Youth Creation (TYUT) at the Leningrad Palace of Pioneers. After school he entered the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography named after N.K. Cherkasov, got into the workshop of Arkady Katsman, but on the second year they called for the army. After returning from the army, he returned to the workshop of Lev Dodin. In 1990 graduated from the institute. In 2001, he traveled with his family to Germany for a program of contingent refugees, but then returned. From 2012, Deutchenko lived in Moscow, in St. Petersburg he had his wife Svetlana and his son, Cyril. His wife graduated from the Theatrical Faculty of the Leningrad Institute of Theater of Music and Cinematography, worked at the Theater of Young Spectators, where he met Alexei. On November 5, 2014, Alexey Devotchenko was found dead in a rented apartment in Moscow. On November 8, 2014 in Gogol Center a farewell to Alexey Devotchenko took place.
