A wealthy UK patient with a duck butt and bulging belly forces Dr Terry Dubrow to perform a two-stage revision to restore her 24-year-old body. Dr Dubrow reminds the young lady that at her age she does not need a tummy-tuck. Meanwhile, another Brit, named Oliver, needs Dr Paul Nassif's help to complete the transformation he desires. Oliver is obsessed with K-Pop, and has someone teach him the dance moves. He wants to look and dance like his idols, but has gone too far. And later, a mother of three prays her nasal problems are not life threatening. After getting a nose job as a present from her parents for her graduation, she has since faced significant difficulties as the operation did not heal properly. She goes to see the doctors, who are worried that the problems with her nose might be something more serious. Three plastic surgery operations that went wrong, and which the doctors must now fix.
