In the season opener, doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif meet cosplayer Gia, whose large breasts aren't symmetrical. She wants them evened out but she has another request for the famed plastic surgeons: she wants to enlarge her mammaries further as well. Unfortunately, going larger could lead to bigger complications, including the risk of her losing her blood supply. Also on the show is returning face Tiffany "New York" Pollard, who is back to beat Breast Implant Illness (BII). Dizziness, panic attacks, and vomiting are just some of the side effects she has been suffering because of her implants, so she asks the doctors to remove them from her body. The doctors then meet Jonathan, another former patient, and he wants them to restore his over-injected lips to normal. His lips haven't been able to close fully because of the filler that had previously been injected into them, so Jonathan has to decide whether he is ready to go through with another procedure or not.
