The doctors are used to putting other patients under the knife but in the season finale, Terry puts Paul on the table as they try out some new medical devices. They then meet "cougar" Lisa who has a "cobra neck deformity" following a face lift. After surgery, there is the possibility that her appearance will return to how it was pre-op, but she is willing to take the risk if it will help her to look younger. Also on the show is Whitney, a desperate patient who wants the plastic surgery experts to downsize her triple D breasts. She previously saw a surgeon for a reduction and a lift but during her procedure, he also gave her implants. This was against her wishes and she now wants Terry and Paul to put right what the previous surgeon did to her. According to Terry, Whitney's problem is "deceptively difficult" as it is more complicated than most. However, no job is too big or too small for the celebrated doctor and he does what he can to improve the appearance of her breasts.
