Story

Once a year, the United States enters a twelve-hour period in which every crime is permitted and punishment is suspended. Sergeant Leo sets out into the lawless night with a personal mission: he wants to find the person responsible for his son’s death and deliver his own form of justice. The streets soon draw him into the desperate struggle of four strangers, whose chances of reaching morning are rapidly shrinking. Forced to choose between revenge and protection, Leo becomes their reluctant guide through a city where danger can emerge from any doorway and trust carries a heavy price.
