Overboard

Movie Overboard (2018)

Description:

Story

A spoiled, wealthy yacht owner is thrown overboard and loses the privileged life that has always protected him. His fall puts him within reach of an employee he once mistreated, and the balance of power shifts in unexpected ways. The former employee sees a chance for revenge, and the arrogant owner is drawn into a situation shaped by resentment, deception, and comic misunderstandings. Their uneasy encounter puts entitlement, accountability, and second chances at the center of a lively comedy.

Overboard builds its humor around a sharp reversal of fortune. The yacht, once a symbol of luxury and control, gives way to circumstances the pampered owner is wholly unprepared to face. The clash keeps the focus on personalities and relationships while preserving the playful spirit of a revenge comedy.
