Story

Former classmates Schmidt and Jenko could hardly have occupied more different places in the high-school social order. Years later, they end up as partners on the police force, where their contrasting personalities continue to create friction. When an undercover assignment sends them back into a school environment, both officers must pass as students while investigating a drug ring that supplies synthetic drugs to teenagers.

Surrounded by teenage rivalries, shifting social rules, and the pressure of keeping their identities secret, Schmidt and Jenko discover that going back to high school takes more than a convincing disguise. The mission tests their partnership, their judgment, and the assumptions they have carried since graduation. The result combines undercover tension with fast-moving comedy and action.
