In this episode of the "Botched" spin-off show, renowned plastic surgery experts Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif continue their journey around the United States to meet patients with physical deformities caused by nature. Their travels take them to Vegas where they meet a young mother born with pectus excavatum, a congenital deformity of the chest wall that is making the woman's underlying breast issues harder to deal with. Also this episode, Terry and Paul travel to Chicago. There's no time to check out the local sights as they need to consult with a woman who was born prematurely. Now suffering problems due to nasal complications that grew with her into adulthood, she calls on the specialist services of the two doctors to help her with her problem. As the series continues, more life-changing decisions need to be made as Terry and Paul have to consider the best course of action to support the patients in their care .
