Doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif are on a mission. They are travelling around the United States to meet brave people with unique stories to tell and unusual body deformities to show them. In this episode of the "Botched" spin-off show, the renowned plastic surgery experts travel to Virginia to meet a young woman with severely deformed breasts. She isn't the only patient in need of their services, however, as the doctors also need to enlist an ex-CIA disguise specialist to aid a musician born missing an ear. There is much for the two doctors to do but this episode also features a twist. Doctor becomes patient when it's discovered that Dr Nassif has a serious medical condition of his own. The fifth part of the eight-episode series featuring the "Botched" doctors as they undertake a very special journey to help patients whose bodies have been damaged not by the scalpel, but by nature. Lives are changed as they continue their travels.
