Reality TV star Farrah Abraham has suffered some kind of adverse reaction to pre-surgery medicine she took ahead of lip implants. Having previously relied on filler, she sees the operation as a more lasting solution, but the drugs left her with an absurdly puffy top lip. Although it might seem tempting to blame her doctor, it transpires that Farrah's own actions contributed to the mishap. Meanwhile, doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif also meet a man who tried to take a shortcut to weight loss. Rather than follow his doctor's advice about diet and exercise, Eric went to Mexico for cheap, non-FDA approved stomach-flattening surgery. The result: extensive scarring, excruciating pain, and more than 400 days in hospital recovering. And Paul helps fix the broken nose of a woman who was in a car crash many years ago. The damage has been a traumatic reminder ever since of the accident which claimed her father's life, so repairing the damage would give her peace of mind at last.
