1. Statement on Legality and Content Protection
The SWEET.TV service is operated by Limited Liability Company “OTT Ukraine” (EDRPOU code: 41303621).
We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and act in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, as well as the applicable international treaties to which Ukraine is a party (the Berne Convention, the Universal Copyright Convention, etc.).
SWEET.TV provides services exclusively on the basis of official licensing agreements with copyright holders — leading global studios (Disney, Paramount, Universal, Sony) and Ukrainian partners.
We are a legal streaming platform operating within the legal framework of Ukraine.

3. Procedure for Submitting a Notice of Infringement
To be accepted for consideration, a notice of copyright infringement must be submitted in written form (including electronic) and contain the following mandatory information:
Identification of the copyright holder: full name, legal address, contact details, and proof of authority to act on behalf of the copyright holder (if submitted by a representative).
Description of the work or object of copyright that is allegedly infringed.
Link (URL address) to the page on SWEET.TV where the content in question is posted.
Justification of the infringement: a brief description of the nature of the infringement (unauthorized reproduction, public display, distribution, etc.).
Statement of good faith: confirmation that the claimant genuinely believes the use of the disputed content is unauthorized.
Statement of accuracy: under penalty of perjury, the claimant confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Policy on Repeat Infringers
SWEET.TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users or partners who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
