SWEET.TV in Ukraine is provided by Limited Liability Company “OTT Ukraine” (EDRPOU code: 41303621, registered in Ukraine). It is a fully licensed subscription video-on-demand (VOD) service. All content is made available exclusively under direct licensing agreements with major studios and rights holders, including Disney, Paramount, Universal, Sony, and others.
We operate in full compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights” No. 2811-IX dated December 1, 2022 (as amended), the Civil Code of Ukraine, and international treaties to which Ukraine is a party.

We review all properly submitted claims promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable law.
2. Requirements for a Valid Notice
To ensure your claim can be processed efficiently, the notice must be in writing and include the following:
Your full legal name, organization (if applicable), and contact information (email and telephone preferred).
Clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed (including title and, if available, registration details).
The exact URL(s) on sweet.tv where the allegedly infringing material appears.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury (or equivalent affirmation under applicable law), that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Notices that do not contain all required elements may not be processed.
3. Our Response to Claims
Upon receiving a complete notice, SWEET.TV will promptly review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our licensing agreements.
