Terry and Paul meet Martina, a woman who has spent most of her adult life trying to look like Barbie. But while such proportions might work for a doll, Martina has taken things a step too far. In her effort to enhance her looks, she has had one breast augmentation too many. As a consequence of this, her breasts have grown to the point where she is now top-heavy. To even out her looks, she turns to the doctors for help, and asks them to match her butt to the size of her boobs. The doctors also meet Flame, a female impersonator, who is failing to wow his audience due to his "floppy boobs". A breast lift is called for, not only to remedy a previous operation that had gone wrong, but to rejuvenate Flame's stage act too. The famed plastic surgeons also meet Pardis, a woman who feels self-conscious after getting a nose job and a chin implant. She needs help to improve both her look and her ability to breathe normally.
