Irina Rozanova was born in Ryazan. Parents are actors (later played on the stage of the Ryazan Drama Theater) Yuri Rozanov and Zoya Belova (born 1927; since 1974 - People's Artist of the RSFSR; since 1989 - “Honorary Citizen of the City of Ryazan”). In 1988 she graduated from GITIS. In 1984-1988 - actress of the theater. Vladimir Mayakovsky, in 1988-1990 - the theater-studio "Man", in 1991-1998 - the theater on Malaya Bronnaya, in 1998-1999 - the Lenkom theater, now - the theater named after Moscow City Council. In cinema - since 1985 (the first role is Lucy in the television film “My Girlfriend”).
